Nearly 70 m² rebuilt in about four months, before the summer of the 2024 Games. Air conditioning without a false ceiling, in a flat already at the minimum legal height for renting.

How much does it cost to renovate an apartment in Paris?
It depends on the condition of the property, the building and the level of finish. The pre-purchase audit gives you a costed range before you commit.
Can you run the project if I live abroad?
Yes, it is the core of our work. Video walkthroughs, a weekly report, choices approved in writing, someone on site on your behalf.
Do I need the building's approval for works?
For anything touching common areas, load-bearing walls or the exterior, yes. We prepare the file and plan the schedule around it.
How long does a full renovation take?
Tuileries, nearly 70 m², took about four months from demolition to keys. Every project gets a detailed schedule before signing.
Do you work with my architect or designer?
Yes. At Tuileries the design was by Genevieve Gorder; MMDESIGN directed the build in Paris.
