01 — The brief
A period apartment, a family arriving, a view to keep.
Two worlds.
Parents and children, each with their own territory and their own bathrooms.
Heritage.
Original mouldings, fireplaces and parquet: keep everything, damage nothing.
Comfort.
Air conditioning and modern services, without betraying the apartment.
02 — What we did
- Two zonesReorganised into a parents' zone and a children's zone.
- En-suite bathroomsCreated for each zone, with double basins.
- The blue kitchenOpen to the living room and its centrepiece.
- Original featuresMouldings, fireplaces and parquet kept and brought back.
- Air conditioningAdded to a period apartment without spoiling it.
