An American owner. A deadline the whole city shared.
Tuileries: nearly 70 m² rebuilt in about four months, ready before the summer of the 2024 Games. Design by Genevieve Gorder, project direction and delivery by MMDESIGN. Air conditioning added without lowering a ceiling already at the legal limit for a rental.

Do I need to be in Paris during the works?
No. Most decisions happen over video and in writing. Many owners come once for materials and once for the keys.
Can you work with my own designer or architect?
Yes. On Tuileries the design came from Genevieve Gorder in the US; MMDESIGN delivered it in Paris.
Can you help before I buy?
That is the best moment. The pre-purchase audit starts at €500 and tells you what the apartment allows, what it will cost and how long it will take.
Do you work on rental investments?
Yes, including furnished and short-term rentals, where layout, durability and the rules for letting matter as much as the look.
