Multifunctional Indoor Winter Garden

The goal was to renovate an apartment owned by an American family, part of their extensive real estate collection for short-term rentals. The challenge was to modernize the space while maintaining the consistent style of their existing properties.
The renovation delivered:
• Enhanced functionality for short-term stays
• A cohesive design aligned with the real estate collection
• A sustainable technical solution with water-based air conditioning
• A flexible space that combines comfort and elegance
To achieve this, the project was developed in collaboration with renowned American designer
Genevieve Gorder to ensure aesthetic harmony with the rest of the collection. The apartment was restructured with clear zoning:
• Parental and children's areas
• Addition of an extra shower room
• Installation of a water-based air conditioning system for eco-friendly cooling
The highlight of the renovation is a multifunctional indoor winter garden, designed both as a children's play area and a professional space suitable for video conferencing.
