This project involved the complete renovation of a 115 m² apartment located in the prestigious 7th arrondissement of Paris, offering a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower and the École Militaire. Commissioned by an American family who recently moved to Paris, the primary challenge was to preserve the authentic Parisian charm while incorporating modern elements essential for everyday American living.

To meet the client's needs, the apartment was thoughtfully restructured and divided into two separate zones:
• Parental Area: A master suite with a private bathroom and separate toilet
• Children’s Area: Dedicated bedrooms with a private bathroom and toilet
Key renovation elements included:
• Open blue kitchen: A bold design choice serving as a visual focal point in the living space.
• Preserved authenticity: Original moldings, solid wood parquet flooring, and historical fireplaces were carefully maintained.
• Modern comfort: Installation of double sinks in bathrooms, air conditioning, and separate bathrooms for parents and children to reflect American standards of comfort.
