The primary goal of this project was to visually expand a small real estate agency space without altering the existing structure or adding partitions.
It was also essential to:
• Create functional zones: workspace, meeting area, and kitchen.
• Maintain a modern and welcoming atmosphere.
• Successful visual expansion of the space using mirrors and lighting.
• A functional yet inviting professional environment.
• Clearly defined zones without partitions.
• A modern and elegant atmosphere, ideal for a business setting.
• Large mirrors: Strategically placed to reflect natural light and create a sense of openness.
• Visual zoning:
◦ The workspace was subtly separated using furniture placement.
◦ The meeting area was highlighted with targeted lighting.
◦ The kitchen corner was visually integrated without physical barriers.
• Layered lighting design: A variety of light sources were used to add depth and create multiple ambiance options (recessed spotlights, decorative pendants, and indirect lighting).
